Q: Do you offer transfers or a shuttle service from airports or ports?
A: Absolutely. We offer a professional airport transfer service in addition to other transport hubs. Check out the questions below for more information.
Q: Are your cars new?
A: Yes, all of our cars in the Green Mobility Rome Fleet are maximum 2-3 years old. All of our cars are Mercedes.
Q.: Do you offer non-smoking vehicles?
A.: All of our cars are exclusively Non-Smoking vehicles.
Q.: How do I Pay for the Transfer?
A.: We accept all forms of payment from cash to all major credit cards. Should you wish to pay by Credit Card you are kindly requested to advise us beforehand as not all of our cars are fitted with a POS terminal.
Q: Are there any supplements, hidden costs, road tolls etc.
A: There are absolutely NO hidden costs whatsoever. The price you are quoted is the final price.
Q.: What happens if I need to Cancel or wish to change my transfer?
A.: There is FREE CANCELLATION up until 48 hours before the service. All cancellations received or in case of “no show” i.e. should you fail to appear then your credit card will be debited 50%
Q.: How can I recognize the Driver when I arrive at Fiumicino or Ciampino airport?
A.: Once you have collected your baggage, your driver will be waiting outside Customs with a sign displaying your name on it.
Q.: If the plane is late do we have to pay a supplement?
A.: No, because we check on the internet to monitor the flight’s progress. However, if you are aware of any delays and have the opportunity to advise via SMS or email that would be appreciated.
Q.: How long is the transfer from Ciampino Airport or Fiumicino to the Hotel?
A.: From both airports a transfer to a centrally located Hotel is approximately 45 minutes.
Q.: How much time should I allocate for Rome Airport transfers from my hotel?
A.: 3 hours before take-off is advisable.
Q: If we are delayed in the airport after landing, do we have to pay anything extra?
A: Only in the very rare case that there is a delay of more than 3 hours from the aircraft time of arrival can you expect a charge of only € 30.00 for each hour of waiting.
Q: Arriving at Termini station, how can I find your driver?
A: Having disembarked from the train you will find your driver at the start of the track. They will be there waiting with a sign with your name.
